Overseas Registration Guidelines
How to Register
All participants are required to register through the online registration system and are advised to register in advance. Please carefully read the following registration guidelines.For those who will accompany family, colleagues, etc., your companion(s) also needs to register through the online registration system.

Payment Methods
Credit Card:
- The name of the merchant on your credit card statement will be KCP.
- The secretariat cannot assist with issues related to the validity of your credit card during the payment process. If any problems occur during the payment process, please contact your credit card company for assistance.
Bank Transfer:
- The registrant is responsible for paying all bank remittance charges.
- The most important thing to keep in mind is that the name of the sender on the remittance receipt must match the name of the registrant. Otherwise, the Secretariat will not be able to identify the remittance made by the registrant.
- After completing the bank transfer, please send a copy of the transfer slip with the registrant’s name written on it to the Secretariat via email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- The cancellation requests can be processed only through email, so please contact secretariat at icola2025@planbear.co.kr.
- Refunds will be made within 30 days after the congress.
- Bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
- Please refer to following deadlines for cancellation requests.
